ABOUT US 

We are a friendly dive charter based in Littlehampton Harbour on the West Sussex coast. On weekends and bank holidays we run a shuttle service out to wrecks and reefs that are scheduled.

You can also Charter Stormforce for the day Mon-Friday and dive what ever the tides will allow, whether it's 1 deep Technical dive or multiple recreational dives we'll be happy to take you to your desired dive sites. 

STORMFORCE 8

Is 8.6m RHIB and is commercially coded to carry the Skipper & 11 divers/passengers or 1500kg 20miles from safehaven. She was built by Northern Irelands Redbay Boats Ltd to tackle whatever the North Sea could through at her, the result is an amazingly capable and very stable RHIB.

 

The A-frame has two exceptionally sturdy ladders that makes exiting the water a doddle whether you've got a single, twin cylinder or CCR unit. There's a tank stand table either side of the helm, these not only secure your kit/cylinders safely but are also a perfect arms length away for self stability in lumpy conditions, and can also be useful for resting units whilst donning. 

 

With twin 175hp Suzuki outboards delivering 350hp we can take you to & from the dive site swiftly & safely.

SKIPPER
Meet Dave Alvarado

Dave was hooked on diving from when he experienced his first dive on a holiday to Barbados back in 1995. From then on he knew he had found his true calling and over the years has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in most aspects of diving, powerboat handling and teaching. Dave's dived many places around the world but believes UK diving to be among the best. To say he's passionate about diving would be an understatement. He loves to see the under water world bring a smile to others. Over the years Dave's picked up many qualifications. To mention a few that are relevant to Stormforce diving would be:

  • Advanced Powerboat Day & Night Cert of Competence (RYA Commercially Endorsed)

  • PADI Instructor (Master Scuba Diver Trainer)

  • TDI Trimix 60m (open Circuit)

  • TDI CCR Advanced Mixed Gas 100m (XCCR MOD3)

  • AIDA2 Freediver 30m

  • RYA First Aid

  • STCW Sea Survival
