Shipping

For shipments to addresses in the UK mainland, the standard delivery fee is £5.10 and free for orders over £75.  Please get in touch with us if you would like your items shipped in a different nation or by a different method. There are certain locations to which we are unable to ship certain products

 

Sometimes products may not be in stock at our warehouse, the distributor's warehouse, or the manufacturer's warehouse. We will only charge for the first shipment if this results in your order being shipped in multiple shipments.

 

Although the approximate time of delivery 3 -7 working days for in stock products, kindly allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery. The day after your order is received, items that are kept in stock will typically be shipped; however, certain out of stock items might take longer. Any delivery date given is merely an estimate. Any delays resulting from events outside of our control are not our responsibility.

 

We are only able to ship to the billing address for all orders placed internationally. We cannot accept PO Box addresses

 

It is your responsibility to make sure that products are permitted to be shipped and used in your country if they are going to be used or shipped overseas.

 

We do not take responsibility for shipment delays resulting from customs issues or for any excise duties imposed on the shipment because these are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

CANCELLATION

When purchasing anything from our online store, you have the option to cancel your order at any moment before it is shipped and receive a complete refund. We shall utilise the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction to return any money that we receive from you within 24 hours, but no later than two days.

 Once the purchase is confirmed by us and placed with the manufacturer on your behalf, it cannot be cancelled or returned. This includes purchases of products made to order, such as clearly personalised items like Wings, or Dry Suits; products not listed as stock items but ordered in by special request; and products marked as "Special Order" on our website.

 

COOLING OFF PERIOD

If the goods are returned with their original packing, tags, and undamaged, we provide a returns policy that allows us to accept returns for up to 14 days after the date of delivery in exchange for a refund not including the shipping fee that was applied at checkout.

The following are exempt from the above-described cooling time:

Anything that is bespoke, bespoke or obviously personalised (including but not limited to suits). Items that are not in stock but are listed and ordered as special orders that are not restocked. Products that have been thoroughly combined with other things

Any component of a set of products offered on special offers under a single package price

Software updates and PIN numbers are examples of digital content.

NON- STOCK PRODUCTS

If a product or one of its variations is marked as a Special Order (all products marked as out of stock but still able to purchase) on our website, it indicates that it is not a regular stock item and will be ordered especially for you from the manufacturer or distributor. Since the product(s) in question are not part of the inventory we keep on hand, we reserve the right to refuse returns of the product(s) unless there is a defect or a warranty issue. Return exceptions will apply.

 

REFUNDS & RIEMBURSEMENTS

We will handle a refund of the purchase price as soon as we have received and examined any returned items that are undamaged and in "as new" condition. Should you decide to return a portion of your order, we will compute the new shipping fee for the portion of the order that remains and subtract it from your refund. If products are handled in any way other than what is absolutely required to determine the nature, qualities, and functionality of the goods before any returns, you will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods. If you handled the products more than was necessary and the worth of the goods has decreased, that deduction may be made from any refund.

A deduction not to exceed the basic delivery charge of £5.10 will be made from any refund at our discretion if the returned product(s) originally qualified for our UK free delivery for orders over £75 or if the product was only one of many goods qualifying for free delivery.

 

Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, we will reimburse you using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction. This reimbursement will take place without undue delay, usually the same day that we receive the returned goods, and no later than 14 days after the day that we receive any goods back from you.

 

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

The cost of shipping both ways, as well as any handling or customs charges incurred during the import of the returned item(s) into the United Kingdom, is the responsibility of the consumer.

 

Refunds for international purchases won't be issued until the goods is returned in its original, unused state and all applicable fees, taxes, and penalties have been paid for all orders sent back to Stormforce Diving due to a customer's inability to pick up the item from any courier or postal delivery service at the address they provided, their inability to clear it through their own customs, their inability to pay the applicable taxes, duties, or handling fees, their inability to clear any delivery via the appropriate courier service, their incorrect or inadequate address.

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR, MISSING RETURNS

We aim to make sure the products we supply are in their intended working order and exactly as described. Even with these precautions, there might be rare instances where a product has a flaw or has been damaged or had part lost in transit and gets delivered to you. Before taking any further action, get in touch with us right away if you think a product you bought from us is faulty, damaged or missing. We can assure you we treat these rare occasions seriously and will strive to resolve the issue quickly.

 

Before sending back any goods you feel are damaged or faulty, please get in touch in writing ASAP.  You may forfeit any claim you have to reimburse for return postage if you don't do this. The returned goods must be given to the courier in person in the event that we choose to arrange a return through a courier service at our expense.

 

All postage costs paid by us will be added to any repair that you authorise or charged separately if you decide not to proceed with a repair if any product(s) that are returned to us are not found to have a manufacturing fault or defect.

 

All returned items are not considered accepted until Stormforce Diving receives them, so please make sure they are securely package as we will not be held responsible for transit damage
